Slimming World Week 3 Update

This week I finally got the result I was hoping for! I lost 2.5 pounds woohoo! This week there was no fancy recipes, I went completely back to basics. I plan on continuing this way to achieve my goal weight. The key to my weight loss this week is outlined below. I was very strict with myself because I knew I wasn't giving it my all.

- one healthy extra A and one healthy extra B
- one third of my plate (if not more) was speed food
- I varied my meats throughout the week (Chicken, fish, red meat, turkey, gluten free sausages, bacon medallions)
- I drank plenty of water and green tea
- I ate no more than 15 syns each day

I would highly recommend writing down what you eat, it's good to keep track and make sure you aren't eating more than the allowed syns. More recipes to come next week :)
