LO'real Infallible Foundation Review

Over the last while I've been hunting down a drugstore foundation that is better than my beloved MAC studio fix fluid, and finally... I've found it!! I picked up the L'Oreal Infallible foundation in boots for only €14. I've been wearing it every day for the last 2 weeks, and not once have I reached for my MAC foundation.

There are 8 shades that you can purchase, 140 Golden Beige was the closest match to my skin tone.  I have heard so many YouTubers mention this product so I was dying to try it. On first impressions I wasn't crazy about the packaging, it looks like a drugstore product and not luxurious in any way. But the minute I put this on my face I fell in love, and learned not to judge a foundation by the packaging ;)

It has a really nice consistency and is a medium to full coverage foundation. A little goes a long way, although it is easily buildable if you like the full coverage look. My shade has a yellow undertone which I love and is what I always look for in a foundation. Although it is full coverage, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin.  It covers all of the blemishes on my face, redness, spots and black bags under my eyes.

I need to mention how great the durability of this foundation it is, I put it on at 6.30AM every morning and it still looks good when I get home at 6pm.  I find that this foundation doesn't transfer onto my clothes which other foundations do.  This foundation has a beautiful matte finish which I absolutely love. You would hardly need to use a powder as it is so matte anyway, it isn't shiny at all. This foundation also has an spf of 15 also.

I hope you liked this short review! It's been my mission to find an affordable foundation for daytime use and I am hooked on this foundation. There are so many great foundations on the market that don't cost a lot, so I plan to try some more. If you have tried this foundation let me know what you think of it :)

Lots of Love,
Ally
