Slimming World Irish Stew

900ml boiling chicken stock
1 tbsp chicken gravy granules
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Lean lamb leg steaks- cut these into large chunks and remove all visible fat
3 onions (sliced)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 turnips (peeled and chopped)
4 carrots (peeled and chopped)
4 celery sticks (chopped)

1.  Put the lamb, onions, garlic, turnips, carrots and celery into a pot. Then add the chicken stock and gravy granules, bring to the boil on a high heat.

2. Season well with black pepper, turn heat very low and allow the mixture to cook for 2 hours or until the lamb is very tender. I then serve mine with potatoes.

So simple! It's just waiting around and smelling it thats the hard part haha :D This recipe serves 4 people and is only 1 syn per serving :)
